Summary: Scrapstore aims to encourage you to think about recycling and reducing your carbon footprint. Members can collect a wide selection of recycled and reused materials that can then be used for art, craft and play activities. Scrapstore is open during school terms every Wednesday evening from 4pm to 7.30pm and once a month on a Saturday (normally the second Saturday). If you or your business are able to help by donating materials, contact  07961 785439.

Summary: CCORRN's Community RePaint project has been up and running since January 2011 when the collaborative scheme with AmeyCespa and Cambridgeshire County Council was officially opened at the Milton Household Waste Recycling Centre. The national project sponsored by Dulux aims to prevent surplus, usable paint from entering the waste stream and diverting it to those who need it most; charities, community groups, schools, organisations and individuals. One of the donation points is at the Milton Household Waste Recycling Centre. You can buy paint at Cambridge Re-use.
