The Climate Buzz No4 – ‘Telling powerful environmental stories’

Welcome to The Climate Buzz – a get together on the last Wednesday of each month for CCF volunteers and others interested in climate change. Held in the cosy setting of Cambridge’s No 30 cafe, The Buzz is an opportunity to learn and practice new skills, keep on top of environmental news and meet like-minded people. This month’s workshop ‘Telling powerful environmental stories’ is led by Michelle Golder of Pivotal Arts and Allan Shepherd, publisher, author and oral historian at the Centre for Alternative Technology in Wales for 20 years. Allan is also the current Open Eco Homes co-ordinator.

Everyone seems to be raving about the importance of storytelling at the moment, but why? Could you harness storytelling to help bring about positive environmental solutions and awareness where you live?
