Open Source Circular Economy Days (OSCEdays) is a global hackathon-style event and community to create open resources and possibilities for a global shift towards a waste-free, sustainable and environmentally friendly Circular Economy. We will be one of 70+ cities across the globe running, connecting different cultures and communities.
Attendees will work in teams to tackle challenges – those that have been pitched to choose from include:
- User testing and building on a prototype app to promote reuse of household items
- Investigating how urban farm waste can be turned into value
- Exploring improving standardisation for suppliers of solar home systems (incl. emerging markets)
- Tackling textiles waste, particularly for short-life workwear, for NUS
This is a free event, but please book a ticket directly via Eventbrite as spaces are limited.
